How to Create the Cat Eye Effect

Prepare the nails, degrease them, and apply a dehydrator or primer.
Apply a thin layer of DIVNA Rubber Base and cure.
Build and level the nail using a gel or a milky, pink, or beige base.
Apply a layer of DIVNA Silk Cat Eye and do not cure.
Hold the DIVNA magnet close to the nail plate to create the cat eye effect.
Cure in a UV or LED lamp.
Seal with a DIVNA top coat.
For a stronger effect, apply the polish over a black color layer.
